I bought No Ads, but I still see ads

Close the app completely and open it again. If ads still appear, go to Settings > No Ads & Picture Packs and tap Restore Purchases. This is free. If that doesn't help, email us with the date and time of your purchase.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app. How do I get my purchases back?

I'd like a refund

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Please request one on Apple's Report a Problem page.

I watched a video but didn't get the reward

Watch the video to the end and then close it to unlock a new picture (or, while coloring, to fill all cells of the chosen color at once). Closing it early gives no reward. You can watch up to 20 videos a day. Videos may not load where the signal is weak.

How do I move my pictures to a new iPhone?

Your pictures are also saved automatically to iCloud with your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on your new iPhone and install the app, and your pictures come back. If you don't use iCloud, deleting the app also deletes your pictures.
