Privacy Policy | Pixel Nap: Color by Number

CHIHIRO SHIRATA ("we") explains below how user information is handled in the smartphone game "Pixel Nap: Color by Number" (the "App"). This page is the English version of our Japanese privacy policy for the App (のんびりぽこと数字ぬりえ).

1. Information we collect

We do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, or photos. The App does not send your game data to our servers.

2. Game data

Your progress and settings are stored on your device. So that you can keep your data when you delete the App or change devices, it is also stored in your own iCloud account (an Apple service). Data in iCloud is managed by Apple; we cannot see or receive it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows the following ads. It does not show banner ads.

• Video ads: shown only when you choose "New Picture (Watch Video)" (up to 20 times a day).
• Full-screen ads: shown once every 3 finished pictures, after you tap a button on the finished screen. They never appear while you are coloring. Buying the in-app purchase "No Ads" stops them.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. If your device's language is not Japanese, or your App Store country or region is not Japan, the App:

• asks Google to treat its ad requests as child-directed under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), so Google does not show interest-based (personalized) ads or remarketing ads;
• does not show the iOS "Allow tracking?" prompt, so your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not made available for advertising; and
• turns on Google's restricted data processing (RDP) for U.S. state privacy laws, which limits how Google uses data for ads.

To show ads, Google may still collect and use information such as your approximate location estimated from your IP address, your device type and OS version, ad views and taps, and information about how the App runs.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App schedules game reminders on your device. No information is sent to us for notifications.

5. In-app purchases

Payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We never receive your payment details such as credit card numbers. To process purchases, we may store the transaction number sent by Apple in your game data.

6. Information you send us

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we do not share them with third parties except as required by law.

7. Children

We do not collect personal information such as names or email addresses from anyone, including children. As described in section 3, outside Japan the App treats ad requests as child-directed and does not ask for tracking permission.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page.
