I bought Remove Ads, but I still see ads

Close the app completely and open it again. If ads still appear, open Remove Ads on the title screen (or Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. This is free. If that doesn't help, email us with the date and time of your purchase.

I got a new iPhone or reinstalled the app. How do I get Remove Ads back?

I'd like a refund

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Please request one on Apple's Report a Problem page.

I watched a video but didn't get a hint

Watch the video to the end and then close it to get 1 hint (or 30 more seconds when time runs out). Closing it early gives no reward. You can watch up to 10 videos a day. Videos may not load where the signal is weak.

How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Your progress is also saved automatically to iCloud with your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on your new iPhone and install the app, and your progress comes back. If you don't use iCloud, deleting the app also deletes your progress.
